San Vicente will be the next Boracay but with the major advantage of having strict regulations with planning and development, and waste and pollution management.

The land is very accessible to say the least as it is only 10 minutes away from the newly opened San Vicente airport which will soon be capable of landing Airbus and Boeing planes.

It is 3 hours away from the Puerto Princesa town proper and Puerto Princesa airport.
